PANDI
is a non-profit organization that was formed on December 29, 2006 by the
Government of the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia internet community together.
PANDI is formed to administer the domain name .ID professionally, accountable,
transparent and in accordance with the rules of the law of the Republic of
Indonesia. PANDI is a legal entity, the Assembly consists of the shape of
individuals originating from the multistakeholder internet Indonesia. The
membership reflect the representativeness of PANDI Government of the Republic
of Indonesia, among academics, and business circles. To run the management of
domain names. ID, every four years a member of the Executive Board in choosing
PANDI a general meeting of members. The Executive Board then elected Chairman
of PANDI and served as Director of PANDI. The Executive Board also defines
other directors in the Board of Directors proposed by the President Director.
The Board of Directors are professionals who work full-time in PANDI.
Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and reviewing agreements with respect to business activities with third parties
- Preparing a legal format for each business activity
- Give advice or a legal opinion where necessary
Requirements:
- Maximum age 30 years
- Minimal education Bachelor of law
- Experience at least 1 (one) year in the respective fields.
- Master Microsoft Office applications
- Master the cyber domain law, dispute resolution, and the ACT ITE and its derivatives
- Can work together in teams
- Able to work under pressure and the demands of deadline
