Corporate Legal
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review and analyzing contractual documentation, legal search, legal memorandum, external and internal presentations
- Drafting and reviewing of joint venture agreements , share holder agreement , sales purchase agreement etc
- Drafting and reviewing of power attorney, MOU, NDA, and other corporate legal documents.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in law department / firm
- Proficient in bahasa Indonesia and English
- Good knowledge of Indonesia law and regulation
- Able to work independent and team
