Legal Staff
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s of Law Degree from a reputable university.
- Required skill(s): draft agreement, microsoft word, Microsoft Excel.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s in corporate legal field, specifically in legal research, legal drafting, legal due diligence and merger and acquisition transactions.
- Full-Time position(s) available
- Having experience in law firm(s) is preferable.
- Full attention to details, good analytical and research skills.
