Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Assist Legal Executive in review agreements to protect company's interest
- Monitor deadline of agreements and prepare for renewal as necessary to ensure its validity
- Prepare and maintain license documentation from government agency to ensure all licenses required for company operational are in place and always timely extended when expires
- Organize files, records and documentations of Legal Department
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of Law
- Maximum 25 years of age
- Knowledgeable of Commercial Law
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kebagusan.
- Good communication skill
- Keen to work with details and able to do multitask
- Full-Time position(s) available.
