PT Indotruck Utama is the subsidiary of Indomobil Group, one of the largest automotive distributor and manufacturer in Indonesia. The company was established in 1988, and has been appointed as the sole distributor of well known and reputable European and American brands in heavy duty transportation, port equipment and material handling. There are several brands handled by PT Indotruck Utama: Volvo Construction Equipment, Volvo Trucks, Renault Trucks, Kalmar, Manitou, and SDLG. All of these products have a massive penetration and significant market share in each respective market. Starting 2014, due to high growth in business, PT Indotruck Utama have focused in Volvo Construction Equipment, Volvo Trucks, and SDLG. While Renault Trucks, Kalmar, and Manitou, are handled by PT Indo Traktor Utama, the sister company of PT Indotruck utama.

General Affairs Staff

Responsibilities:

• Handling office management matters, such as stationery, company license, building permits and environment.
• To manage issues of industrial relation.
• To manage other general affair tasks as well as public relation.

Requirements:

• Excellent Health.
• Around 25-30 years old.
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in in Law, Human Resources Management or Psychology with min. GPA 3.00.
• Have 2 years experience in General Affair function.
• Creative, honest, hard worker, computer literate.
• Excellent communication in English both oral and written.
• Have Knowledge of ISO 9001;2008, and ISO 14001;2004 is an advanted.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cakung Cilincing - North Jakarta.
• Willingness to travel extensively all around Indonesia.
• Have Driving License A & C.
