The
Company was incorporated in Jakarta in 1981 aimed engaging itself in the
business of developing housing and commercial building areas. In 1984, the
Company began developing Melati Mas Residence (formerly Villa Melati Mas) In
2000, company's shareholder, PT. Gama Nusapala bought company's ownership from
PT. Misori Utama and PT. Indokisar Djaya. This changed ownership was also
followed by the same change to the company's management. And as the company
Management changes, In 2005, the company changed its name from PT. Internusa
Artacipta into PT. Karya Cipta Putra Indonesia With the rapid development of
Melati Mas Residence, in 2004, the company began a new housing complex called
Serpong Park.
Legal Staff (Balikpapan)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the document for completeness AJB
- Scheduling the execution of AJB
- Build relatively flimsy relationship with the consumer, the notary and the bank for implementation of AJB
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree preferred education of Law majors
- 2-3 years experience as a legal staff at the property company or notary public
- Placement in Batakan-Balikpapan
