HR Officer
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and preparing attendance & overtime reports.
- Preparing recruitment database.
- Supporting HR administration activities (agreement letter, internal memo, medical reimbursement report, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan report, BPJS Kesehatan report, etc).
- Design, create, and implement strategies, best practices, and process improvement in HR system.
- Involved in Human Resource related project and tasks
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in HR Function
- Maximum 30 years old.
- Good knowledge and skills in interviewing, sourcing, and handling assessment.
- Good knowledge about Indonesia Labor Law & Regulation.
- Able to operate microsoft office program.
- Excellent communication in English both oral and written is a PLUS.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Grogol, Jakarta Barat.
