HR Officer



Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and preparing attendance & overtime reports.
  • Preparing recruitment database.
  • Supporting HR administration activities (agreement letter, internal memo, medical reimbursement report, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan report, BPJS Kesehatan report, etc).
  • Design, create, and implement strategies, best practices, and process improvement in HR system.
  • Involved in Human Resource related project and tasks

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in HR Function
  • Maximum 30 years old.
  • Good knowledge and skills in interviewing, sourcing, and handling assessment.
  • Good knowledge about Indonesia Labor Law & Regulation.
  • Able to operate microsoft office program.
  • Excellent communication in English both oral and written is a PLUS.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Grogol, Jakarta Barat.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
