Jakarta.
Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation such as contracts/agreements and other legally binding documentations
- Managing all legal and support documentation of the Company such as Power of Attorneys, Circulated Letter of Board of Directors, Decree of Board of Directors, Circular Resolution of Board of Commissioners, Circular Resolution of Shareholder and any reports such documentation to regulator such as Capital Market and Financial Supervisory (Bapepam), Investment Coordinator Agency (BKPM) and any other authorities related to the activities of the Company
- Have profound understanding in Indonesian Law of Labor & Employment
Requirements:
- Between 25 - 35 years old
- Detail oriented and able to work independently
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Willing to travel
