Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Involved in the management of this aspect of the legality of the project company
• Carry out the process of legal document management company
• Do the coordination with related parties – party-related husbandry permitting legal
• Do a review against the letter of agreements, contracts and other legal cooperation
• Analyzes the legality of all documents

Requirement:

• Maximum age 35 years
• Minimal education Bachelor of law
• Have experience as a legal minimum of 3 years
• Master the aspects of legality and licensing
• Accustomed to give legal opinions, communicative and can be argued with good
• Proactive, accustomed to working hard and in the deadline and can work in a team or working independently
• Mastering the language of United Kingdom (active and passive) minimal Computer & Ms. Office
• Placement Of Rembang
