Legal Staff

Requirements:

• Graduated from Bachelor Degree majoring Law
• Experience min 1 year. but fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Have a strong knowledge in legal issue (making concept and review)
• Have a strong knowledge about Contract drafting and Analysis
• Have a basic understanding about processing lisence and permits for company
• Have a basic understanding about Intelectual Property Right
• Understand administration duties

Responsibilities:

• Handling all necessary corporate Licensing
• Creating and analysis of enterprise agreements
• Administration of company legal documents
• Create a legal opinion for the benefit of the company
• Conduct a legal review of the company rules and regulations applicable in a corporate environment
• Responsible for company correspondence both internal and external
• Make a good relations with the relevant government agencies
• Perform other duties in accordance with the authority and responsibility.
