Legal Advisor
Responsibilities:
- Managing all Legal matters of the Company both internally and externally of the Company
- Protecting the Company from all Legal litigation both internally and externally of the Company
- Ensuring the compliance and renewals of licenses, contracts, agreements, and permits of Company to ensure the Company’s interest are protected and activities/operational of the Company will not conflict with prevailing laws and regulations
- Managing legal implications of Projects of Company
- Giving Legal Opinions
- Other related duties
Requirements:
- Age between 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree majoring in Law
- Excellent command in English both oral and writing ability with TOEFL Score minimum 550 / IELTS Score 670/ TOEIC Score 670
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office, Internet)
- Minimum 3 - 5 years working experiences in the related field. Experienced working in law firm is an advantage
- Understands Foreign Investment and Property Law in Indonesia is preferable
- Communicative, active and good speaker
- Good personality, able to adapt fast, sociable, and open minded
- Working placement in Jakarta but willing to go on business trips
- Can start working as soon as possible
