- Min. of Education Bachelor of law, business, or Economics
- Minimum 1 year experience in the field of Property, Building Management
- Master MS Office

- Have interpersonal skills and good communication
- Having a strong personality, honest, communicative & responsible
- Can work in a team and are ready to work with the target
- The ability of coordination with internal and external parties
