HRD & GA - Legal

Responsibilities:

• The Process Of Recruitment, Performance Evaluation, Selection & Training Development
• Handle the maintenance of company assets (buildings, infrastructure, automobile and others)
• Conduct annual evaluations and the evaluation of the competence of employees based on KPIS
• Maintaining good industrial relations with employees and unions
• Understand About The LEGAL
• Understand about the BPJS Employment, health and retirement

Requirements:

• Minimum education Bachelor of law/HRM/Psychology/Management
• Minimum 3 years in the same field
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Bekasi
