Senior Legal Staff

Requirements:

• Juridical analysis, conduct an examination and assessment of a credit agreement, prepare a warranty, do the binding warranty, perform legal document storage, credit monitoring, as well as conducting rescue efforts of bad debt.
• Support and manage corporate documents specifically related to the agreement or legal contract.
• Master the creation and review of the letter of agreement with the monitoring validitasnya.

Responsibilities:

• Male/Female
• Age Max. 30 years
• Pend. Min S-1 of the law, from the University's accredited BAN-PT
• Experience min. 3 years in their jobs, preferably experienced in corporate financing/leasing/bank/cooperatives
• Mastering Microsoft Office
• Understand correspondence
• Understand the standard operation procedures
• Understand the basics of contractual cooperation
• Have an understanding of business law
• English language passive min.
