The
company was founded with the name PT Sangga Loka Fertile on August 25, 1983. In
1984, the company changed its name to PT Surya Artha Nusantara Finance and
obtain permission to operate as a lease company of the Ministry of Finance of
the Republic of Indonesia in 1985. After that, in 1989, the company changed its
name to PT Surya Nusantara Artha Finance (up to now) and the company has
obtained a business license of multi financing, namely leasing, consumer
finance, and factoring based on the decision of the Minister of Finance of the
Republic of Indonesia number: 1660/KMK. 013/1990 dated 31 December 1990. At
this time, the company focused on activity financing heavy equipment for
mining, plantations, forestry, construction and industry.
Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring company comply with regulations and any other policies and maintain the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG)
- Conduct analysis and provide recommendations on the results of the regulation and policies reviews that have been done
- Deliver reports (financial statements, bond fund reports, annual reports, and other reports in accordance with the regulations) to OJK and other government institution.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in law from reputable university
- Maximum age of 28 years old
- Up to 1 year of working experience in related field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to work with tight deadlines, self motivated, have strong analytical thinking, and good communication and presentation skill
- Willing to be placed in Perkantoran Hijau Arkadia, Tb. Simatupang-Jakarta
