Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Manage both new or existing contracts and work closely with other internal department
- Perform legal research and give legal advise
- Assist in preparing tender documents, provide Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
- Liaise with notary
- Other legal matters related assigned
Requirements:
- 3 years of working experience, preferably in law firm
- Fluent in English, both written or spoken is a must
- Understand government rules and regulation
- Understand electricity license and regulation
- Wiling to travel extensively around Indonesia
- Full-Time position available.
