Staff Legal
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer problems with the Apartment description oral and or writte.
- Handle scheduling customer for signature PPJB, AJB, BAST, by mail and or phone and or email to customer or handle the scheduling with the Notary
- Create reports with customer complain until the completion of the Legal Manager
- Convey all the information (if any) of the customer
- Keep records of customer service standards as well as
- Do a follow up to the customer up to the completion of the problem
Requirements:
- Education Bachelor Of Law Degree
- Maximum age 35 years
- Have a good communication skill
- Experience working in a NOTARY a minimum of 1 year
- Preferably worked in DEVELOPER is added value
