Legal Corporate
Responsibilities:
- To draw up, prepare and ensure legal completeness of company’s document.
- To collect, store and maintain company’s legal document.
- To draw up and review all company agreements with third party.
- To perform legal research in accordance with the management request.
- To provide legal opinions and suggestions on the company acts.
- To represent the company in dealing with legal cases.
Requirements:
- Healty, minimum age is 30 years old
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Law
- Good in English Verbal/Writing it's a must
- Minimum 5 years in the similar field with 3 years experience in Legal Aid Office and possessing knowledge about Legislation applicable in Indonesia
- Having capability to perform legal research and draw up legal drafting
- Having positive attitude, interpersonal & communication skill, coordination and networking
- Creative, talk active, smart, highly self motivated person, good initiative, and be able to work with tight deadline.
