Legal Assistance
Responsibilities:
- Legal Document Review/Agreement Contract Review may review paperwork to determine whether its content is correct or how it affects a lawsuit
- Legal may research laws and write legal documents, argue their position and/or engage in settlement negotiations
- Performing every level of document review especially for tender document, contract document
Requirements
- Bachelor degree major in Law from reputable university
- Key Skills Critical thinking, analytical reasoning, negotiation skills, research, writing skills, good management skill, responsible person
- Advise expatriate about Indonesian law indeed in oil and gas
- Insure predictability and superior results every time
- Legal Contract administrators
- Candidates must be fluent in English, and barred in an Indonesia jurisdiction
- Assist Manager to resolve legal disputes
- Excel Behavior
