Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- As a consultant to law firms, namely provide advice and/or legal opinions to the leader of the company.
- As an advocate of the company, which is representing the company in case of problems on the Court.
- Handling Legal Contract Procurements, Tender, and court proceedings
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Law
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Legal Staff, preferred to ever work in the law firm
- Have the competence to make, compiling and checking Legal Drafting
- Understand legislation
- Able to communicate and work well together
