factory, now grown up to one of the largest brassiere factory in whole
Indonesia, was also a small cottage industry unit when started in the year
1977. Mr. TONNY PERMANA belongs to Northern Sumatra. I knew my wife (Mrs.
MARGARETH LIE PERMANA: President Director) since childhood. From 15 years old,
she has been helping her father to run a shop selling Brassieres in Medan and
was procuring the Brassieres from Jakarta. On the other hand, In Jakarta, my
beloved mother and I were just planning to start to learn how to make
Brassieres. The family business growing significantly in almost 30 years and
carve a good presence in intimate apparel business. We produce high-end brands
and for top buying agent/limited brands or stores. Export orientation. The factories
located in Indonesia (Bogor, Semarang and Wonogiri). The offices are in
Jakarta and Hong Kong. Hong Kong office
is the hub for business development, design/research and development, sample
production for mass production in Indonesia.
Industrial Relation
Requirements:
- Male, a Bachelor Degree of law or psychology
- Experience in a similar position for min. 1 year
- Has experience in establishing relationships with internal and external parties
- Conduct periodic visits to new employees to know the constraints/problems encountered and Overcome misunderstanding and facilitate a better working relationship Understand employment law
- Assertive, disciplined and have good negotiation skills
- Doing counseling to employees (at all levels: staff, superintendent, manager) to find out all the existing problems, the situation in order to lower the level of stress employees
- Willing to be placed in wonogiri
