Business Advisory (Junior)
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing agreements and other legal documents
- Licensing arrangements
- Corporate secretarial works:
- Preparation of minutes of meeting
- Legal researches
- Other legal-related services
Requirements:
- Hold bachelor degree of law from reputable university
- 1-2 years experiences in Law Firm or consulting firm is preferable
- Max. 30 years old
- Good understanding of Indonesian law
- Experience in dealing with government institution
- Good English speaking and writing skill
- Good interpersonal skill, confident, responsible, initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team
- Good consulting, analytical, negotiation skill and able to work under pressure.
