Legal Network Contract
Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the agreements to be entered into the company represent the best interests of the company and ensure vendor compliance with existing contracts
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, correspondence and other related documents in relation to infrastructure and services procurement agreements related to Network
- Provide legal advice and assistance for negotiating and implementing network contracts
- Contract management for procurement and managed services contracts, and other tasks required by his/her supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Laws or its equivalent
- 3 - 4 years working experience in the legal industry (preferably with some in-house experience not only law firm experience)
- Familiarity with telecommunications/IT procurement and Manage Service contracts or outsourcing agreements
- Project management experience
- Good time management
- Good project management skills
- Familiarity with contract law principles
- Experience in drafting, negotiating and managing contracts
- Ability to draft in English
- Good analytical skills, logical thinker, problem solving ability
- Reliable, organised, conscientious, motivated, patient
