Supervisor to join their rank. Below are the requirements you need to fill the
position:
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Majoring in Law
- At least 4 to 6 year(s) of working experience in Finance and Bank service
- GPA min. 3.00
- Fluent in English (English TOEFL min. 500)
- Skill: negotiating skill, communication skill, organisational skill, analytical skill
Responsibilities:
- Advising on legal, regulatory and reputational and confidentiality agreements, including memoranda of understanding and engagement letters Preparing, maintain and administer legal documents. Making sure that all documents comply with the prevailing law and regulations. Design and implement legal policies of the company.
