Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in handling legal affairs of a corporation
- Support Legal Department in dealing with day to day services inquired by company and business units
- Assist Head legal to address internal and external legal concerns of the business
- Drawing up and submitting major contracts, agreements and other legal documents
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in Law from reputable university
- Excellent knowledge of corporate legal system and Indonesia Law
- Strong research & analytical ability with attention to details, negotiation, communication and problem solving skills
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Good personality, self-motivated, integrity, trustworthy and well-organized
- English and computer proficiently is a must
