Legal Officer (PLO) -
Jakarta
Requirement:
- Bachelors Degree in Law, Master Degree more preferably (Corporate or Business Law).
- Minimum GPA of 2,75
- Minimum TOEFL score of 475 or Minimum TOEIC score of 500
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Experience is not required
Responsibilities:
- Perform the company's legal administration function and drafting corporate action document. (corporate manual, data corporate document custodian)
- Conduct legal review of various functions to ensure compliance with the policies and procedures.
- Ensure Legal Policy & Procedure reviewed and improved to meet company objectives.
