Legal Specialist Permit
Requirements:
- General corporate: assist and support in the day-to-day activity for legal matters which are under the responsibility of the legal corporate services & compliance division
- Regulatory: establish and implement compliance check-lists to be used for the purpose of ensuring and monitoring regulatory obligations of the company. Establish good relationship with government officials
- Administrative: implement and maintain good and accurate legal records management system
- Registration: assist in performing registration of all intellectual property (ip) owned by the company
- Advisory: conduct legal research and provide legal advisory
Requirements:
- Education minimum bachelor of laws (or its equivalent)
- Good analytical skills, logical thinker, problem solving ability
- Ability to work in Multi cultural environment
- Fluency in English and computer proficient
- 3-5 years legal working experience ideally in regulated industry and at least 1 year experience working in a reputable law firm.
- Knowledge of and experience with, laws dealing with Indonesian authorities.
- Understanding of the Indonesia capital market law, tax law and Indonesian accounting standard
- Knowledge of corporate law, telecommunication law and capital market law
