Litigation Officer
Responsibilities:
- Handling and monitoring the litigation process from the first level until the cases have been solved
- Providing summarize of the case based on the documents provided
- Provide legal advises
- Review or draft the various business contract or agreement
- Preparing the template contract with the proper terms and conditions as required either by prevailing laws or legal best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Law, particularly in Civil Law or Business Law
- Proficient in English and able to operate Ms. Office
- Attention to detail and analytical skill
- Minimum 1 year experience, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Having experience in same industry will be advantageous
