Sudirman Kav 28Jakarta, 10210.We supplies any kind of export commodities from Sulawesi, Kalimantan, and Sumatera. Some of our products are Palm Kernel Shell, Coconut-shell Charcoal, Wood Pellet, etc.

Legal staff

Responsibilities:

• Managing corporate documents related to the agreement and permitting
• Create and review the contract of cooperation and monitoring validity of contract
• Create Internal and External company contracts
• Understand and grasp the legality PMA
• Make the MOU and the contract of cooperation with the client in the language of the English and Indonesia
• Update the Regulations related to the company's needs
• Make an analysis of the legal and corporate fields problem
• Related agencies-related institutions to the needs of the company

Requirements:

• Education Min S1 law
• Age 25-30 years
• Mastering the law of contract
• Able to speak English active writen and spoken
• Master computer Min Ms Office
• Hard-working and able to work under pressure
