Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the process of KPA
- Build a good relationship with banks and non bank financial services business
- Build a good relationship with the customer/investor
- Support and manage corporate documents specifically related to the agreement or legal contract.
- Create a letter of demand, supply and price negotiation
- Manage the Administration associated with the work that has been done.
Requirements:
- Maximum age 35 years
- At least a Diploma/Degree (preferably majoring law)
- Experience in the same field at least 2 years (property)
- Master computer program Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Able to work individually & team
- Good communication skill and able to work under pressure
- Negotiation ability
- Independent, Honest & Meticulous
