Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Bridging the legalization regarding corporate actions such agreements with third parties.
- Legal drafting (deed covenant)
- Legal opinions (to make legal opinion)
- Legal review to make legal review)
Requirements:
- At least, Bachelor degree majoring in Law
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as Legal Staff in manufacturing company
- Good communication & leadership skill
- Flexible, honest, communicative
- Applicants must be willing to work in Mojokerto
- Full-Time position(s) available
