Compliance Officer
Responsibilities:
- Help in making and doing deals with the socialization of regulation ...
- Help doing self assessment of compliance against the Company over the extent of regulation and the principles of Good Corporate Governance.
- Help tackle Company reporting taxable reminder to regulators.
- Help Prepare reports task execution unit compliance and submit it to the management.
- Maintain and update the data/document the provisions of laws and regulations related to the activities of the company.
Requirement:
- At least Bachelor degree from a variety of majors
- Have at least 1 year working experience in Unit Compliance/Legal/Corporate Secretary prority more
- Regulation/rule the laws applicable invitation-berkasitan with the business activities of the company
- Able to operate Ms Word, Ms Excel and Powerpoint.
- Never follow the related Compliance Training Company Financing will be more prioritized.
