HR & General Affairs

Responsibilities:

• Handle all activities HRD and GA
• Prepare and perform a contract extension employee
• Conduct periodic evaluations of all employees
• Do good communication to management or to the employees
• Held evaluation of aupun of conduct rules of the company which has existed periodically
• Enforce the rules and code of conduct to employees

Requirements:

• D3/S1 law or Psychology
• Have experience of at least 2 years in the Department of HRD and GA
• Age 30-40 years
• Have the skills to negotiate and good communication
• Understand employment law
• Firm, honest and disciplined
• Willing to be positioned in MARUNDA (preferred, a company based in the area of Bekasi, North Jakarta and surrounding areas)
