Little tree was founded in October 2008 and originally planned as a Green
building Center and Eco Mall with Little Tree as the main brand. In 2009, one
of the principle partners of Little Tree watched a small jungle in the heart of
Legian, Bali, get uprooted to make room for a resort, right beside his home.
One small plant barely survived — a tiny tree that was whisked away to safety
in the garden at the back of our Sari Organik Café: The Little Tree Bali green
building materials and supplies store had its name. From the beginning, Little
Tree Bali was envisioned as a store that would ‘walk the talk’ in terms of
green design, setting an example for sustainable green buildings in tropical
climates.
HR & General Affair
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good English (verbal & written)
- Past experience in HR related issues (i.e. employees payroll & work attendance matters)
- Basic bookkeeping for employees overtime & leave calculation
- Familiar with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan
