HR Staff



Responsibilities:

  • Entry-exit personnel administration processes and ensure employee data are always updated.
  • Drafting Affidavits of employees according to needs which are necessary to ensure the availability of a letter that can be used as a complement to the data according to needs related 3rd party (Bank, Insurance employment, BPJS, Disnaker).
  • Ensure reports monthly employees is available under the plan to always note the demographic conditions of employees.

Requirements:

  • Innovative & Communicative.
  • The last minimum education (S1) Department of Psychology/law/human resources management.
  • Minimum 1 year in the field of Human Resources.
  • Adept at operating the Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiar with the work of the administration.
  • Can administration assay of psychology.
