Responsibilities:
- Training Development, Analysis & Evaluation
- Develop training materials, training tools, and instructor training method to improve the quality of service in the contact center.
- Evaluate and monitor the quality of the skills of workers in contact center services.
- Perform quality control analysis to project a new contact center
Requirements:
- Graduates of the best universities with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Have experience in the same field a minimum of 1 year
- Accustomed to being a trainer and have the ability to take care of the Administration
- Speaking of active English
- Willing to overtime and Office out of town
- Willing to follow the selection process in Jakarta
