Legal Land Assistants
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the land Manager and Land Teams in processing Land purchases
- Assisting in the legal review process of land acquisition
- Assist supervisor in preparing agreements
- Checking documents
- Handling company’s legal document and filing
- Research for regulation and permitting procedures and other related matters
- Writing letters and translations of Bahasa to English
Requirements:
- Previous land contract experience desirable but not absolutely required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Bahasa)
- Strong computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft office
- Degree Requirement: Preferred Bachelor Degree in Law or Notary experience, Para-legal or other land experience
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Good personality who is creative, high integrity, can-do attitude
