the microfinance sector since December 2011. Bina Artha is regulated by the
Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan – OJK), which took over
this responsibility from the Ministry of Finance (Bapepam) in 2013. The name
“Bina Artha” is an Indonesian term which can be translated into “Capital for
Development”. Bina Artha offers working capital through a modified version of
the traditional microfinance Grameen group methodology exclusively to women who
do not have or have only partial access to the formal financial sector. In
addition we provide access to business loans for small enterprises.
HR Support
Responsibilities:
- The process of recruitment and selection of employees branches by using the appropriate test tools
- Ensure all employees have provided sufficient skills to perform his job
- Develop internal communication media for employees
- Make a visit at the branches in Central Java in particular area Cilacap, Kebumen and Purwokerto
Requirements:
- Minimum undergraduate education from any Department
- Have min. 1 year experience in similar field, preferably related to the process of recruitment and training of employees
- Have good communication skill
- Able to operate a computer (Ms Office.)
- Willing to travel agency
- Willing to be assigned in Central Java in particular in the area of Cilacap, Kebumen and Purwokerto
- Willing to be placed in Purwokerto
