Senior Legal Counsel
Responsibilities:
- Assisting legal counsel / senior legal counsel
- Attending to legal researches
- Preparing simple draft of corporate approvals document
- Assisting in legal due diligence exercise
Requirements
- Minimum S2 degree in Law from reputable university (fresh graduates are welcome), with minimum GPA 3.0
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Good analytical skill, good time management and interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Hard worker, fast learner, and ability to work under pressure.
- Must be able to speak and write in English.
