in 1996 LITAC is a specialized consultant firm that dedicates it’s design
practice to achieve creative, aesthetic and quality solution in lighting and acoustic design. Founded and managed by
Paul Gunawan. HTII. PLDA, LITAC has successfully completed extensive amount of
projects, both local and international, on a wide variety of developments
including offices, residences, hotels, commercial complex, museums and
theaters. LITAC provides full range of services ranging from conceptual design,
technical specification, tender/construction documentation, supervision, to
commissioning of lighting and control system installation to assure the
intended design implementation. LITAC’s key approach is to converge design
creativity and technical consideration.
Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Represent the company advance dispute resolution institutions in respect of the existence of a lawsuit from the outsiders
- Make a legal opinion (relieved opinion) related to the legal issues faced by companies to be given advice on settlement
- Attend meetings with respect to the existence of the legal issues in the completion of bad debt and legal issues faced by the company
- Implement the filing of documents in an orderly, especially for legal costs
Requirements:
- Maximum age 30 years
- Honest, loyal, disciplined, integrity, healthy physical and spiritual
- Education law degree and has licensed Peradi
- Language ability, English minimum of passive
- Experienced at least 2 (two) years in the field of property
- Know and understand the license to the field of property
- Understand the management of the deed at the Notary and the legality of the documents in the related company
