Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Create a draft of the agreement or memorandum of understanding by giving legal analysis (reviewing, identifying, and reducing risk of legal agreement)
- Take care of other matters relating to legal matters
- Have the ability of analysis and solution in reviewing a law problem
- Can work together with the team and can devise a scale of priorities in work
Requirements:
- At least Bachelor degree from a leading University (Department of law), with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Preferred language English enabled (required)
- Minimum age 26 years a maximum of 35 Years
- Minimum 3 years experience as a legal
- Understand the steps in handling a matter both civil or criminal
- Special education has followed the profession of an advocate (PKPA) Peradi (preferred)
- Domiciled around Batam
