Responsibilities:
- Drafting, translating documents and agreements
- Reviewing corporate legal agreement
- To ensure that legal documentation of company is being maintained properly and to provide administrative and clerical support regarding legal matter
Requirements:
- Age maximum 35 years old
- Have a minimum Bachelor Degree in Law
- Have at least 2 - 4 years experience in the same position
- Familiar with lease agreement based on Indonesia regulation
- Good analytical and communication
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Visio and Power Point)
- Fluent in English both oral and written will be advantage
