Legal Officer
Responsibility:
- Reviewing the legal contract, partnership agreements and other legal documents related to the project company in which it is placed.
- Manage the Administration associated with the work that has been done.
- Perform clerical duties generally include, but are not limited to photocopy, fax, correspondence and filing documents.
- Master the creation and review of the letter of agreement with the monitoring validity.
Requirements:
- Female
- Age 24 – 35
- Undergraduate Education-Legal
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Legal Officer
- Graduate certificate of graduation and have the PKPA UPA preferred
- communicative
- Have the ability to develop a contract with the supplier, good management skills of suppliers (selection and evaluation).
- Communication skill and negotiation.
- Have strong interpersonal skills in the team, motivation and independent people.
