provides sand as the principal component of concrete or construction of
buildings. The product is sand containing small quantities of mud and kaolin
which is transported to local smalters. The resulting sand aggregate will then
be sorted, cleaned, stored, and sold to the costumers. Karya Tehnik is a
holding company that has five operating units: sand quarry, shipyard, docking,
trucking and distribution. It owns or leases quarry sites in Bangka, Belitung
and Lampung, in which the company blasts rock from exposed mineral formations.

Litigation Staff
Responsibilities:
- Create a draft of the agreement, power of Attorney, & statement
- Review draft agreements from third parties (Outsourcing)
- Coordinating with legal counsel and/or Notary
- Save and document all documents existing in the Corporate Legal Units with orderly and properly
Requirements:
- Maximum age 30 years.
- Bachelor degree of law, GPA 2.75
- Min. 4 years experience in company Multifinance/banking/Property
- Have a basic knowledge of law firms in the Financial Services Authority & Regulations Otorita Jasa Keuangan
- Master P. Word, Excel & Language English
- Placement in Jakarta & willing to travel agency
