Responsibilities:
- Drafting concepts and terms related to the company's relationship with the employee settings and perform the process of legalization to the relevant agencies and handle cases relating to industrial relations.
- Coordinate the activities of industrial relations with employees
Requirements:
- Minimum undergraduate education or master of Law
- A minimum GPA of 3
- Have a deep understanding about employment law and Industrial relations
- Fresh graduate (work experience in the field of HR and compliance related position for 1-2 years become added value)
- Have a high conceptual thinking
- Communication skills and a good cooperation
