Responsibilities:
- Did the management of the whole yg license required by the company, maintain good relations with the environment surrounding the company and local government, doing the recording and reporting
- Responsible for the fulfillment of the necessary licensing company
- Responsible for reporting on a periodic basis the existence and condition of the asset of the company
- Responsible for the rights office facilities
- Responsible for the availability of stationery needs
- Responsible for the security of the entire Office and facilities assets company
Requirements:
- The ability to coordinate with related parties.
- The ability to communicate internally and externally
- The personal characteristics of the mature, conscientious, independent, good personality, can keep a secret, loyal, works quickly
- Ability to operate a computer (MS Office)
