Legal Officer
Responsibilities
- Prepare all legal documents for company purposes
- Ensuring that all legal issues for corporate action are covered and fulfilled
- Ensuring efficient corporate documents handling and legal processing
- Indentify new and emerging legal and regulatory issue that may affect to the company
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Law
- at least 2 years experiences in a consulting or corporate legal
- Strong analytical skill and high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
- Preferably had worked at the similar company
