Attorney at Law – Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Review and/or draft all contracts, leases, and agreements prior to entering into by or with Company and on behalf of Company by any employee or third party.
• Provide Legal advice on any legal matters pertaining to Company
• Provide Legal advice on any suits brought by or againts Company
• Research jobs, such as visiting national library, Police Office, and other government officer
• Attending the court on behalf of our clients

Requirement:

• Having experiences and advocate license is a must
• Minimum S2 degree from reputable university
• Excellent in English, both speaking and writing including deep comprehension
• Good performance and personality with strong will to work
