Legal Staff (PST)
Responsibilities:
- Analysis and administration activities against important documents
- Perform the review and drafting of legal documents (letter/agreements, etc.)
- Take care and monitoring licensing company Glow Group
- Perform document management (recap, scan & filling)
- Help implement the corporate event (Annual GENERAL MEETING)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Of Law
- Have A SIM
- Minimum 3 years experience as a staff at the Legal
- Skills: limited liability company ACT and its implementation as well as regulations that are relevant to the company, thorough, neat and quick learner
