Whilst the latter company is recognized as the leading supplier of equipment and systems for the foodservice and food retail industries, the former one established themselves as the leading installation and after-sales service company in the industry. Historically, PT RP, which was established in 1973, achieved the technology advantage by successfully producing substantial range of stainless steel fabrication, refrigeration, and cold storage fabrication. HR & Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Making contractual agreements, pay attention to the expiration of the agreement and renew if necessary
• Take care of the company's inventory
• Take care of insurance employees (a claim until paid)
• Take care of the legality
• Make a monthly attendance report
• Put together a plan of adding employees in each Division
• Advertise jobs, sorting applications and interview prospective employees early to get the appropriate qualifications
• Create and always renewing employee data

Requirements:

• The maximum age is 25 years
• Minimum Bachelor degree education legal department-specific/psychology/human resource management
• Preferably have experience working in the Office of the advocate
• Can work individual and in teams
• Quick learner
